The Extended Enterprise Services allow you to administer documents and assets and the universal search, among other things. You can manage any documents and assets, including images and videos and link them to any data objects in the Core Business Services or another data type. Enterprise Search allows you to find documents, assets and data within the Core Business Services based on a simple search term.

You define the guidelines for recording new data objects or expand them with additional attributes. You control the access permissions for your employees and business partners. You monitor and schedule regular background processes. And you switch Cloud Integration Services on and off. All from one place.

Processes in sales, purchasing, production and service/customer support can be set up individually, as can pricing/discount elements to be applied and how they are controlled, and the data model for your online management information system. Numerous additional settings, including specifications for numbering systems, the Enterprise Search configuration and many more are also available.

The standard integrations to third-party applications can be switched on and off and set up as required.

Service Bus

The Service Bus standardizes and simplifies access to your digital company resources. Interfaces allow you to give authorized third parties access to the desired resources.

The API gives you read and write access to all Opacc OXAS resources. This means you can also use OXAS resources in your other applications and systems.

The Web Application Services allow you to create individual web-based applications based on the OXAS platform.
